Programme (Dates, Locations and Agenda)
The seminar is being offered as part of TAEN’s own national ‘Age
Management’ Technical Assistance project and is aimed at all ESF projects
which either specifically, or partially, target people aged 50+.
The seminar is designed for managerial staff involved in strategy, planning
and delivery but would also benefit frontline staff working directly with
participants. It will provide a contextual introduction to the main age
and employment issues - including age and the law - and will consider how
to work more effectively with older client groups. The content of the session
is largely based on the preferences which providers in the region gave in
response to our recent 50+ TA Survey.
The seminar is free for staff from organisations engaged in the current
ESF funding round. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first
served basis. Please send any queries and the names of any participants
from your organisation who will be attending to: hana.konopaskova@taen.org.uk
