LSC launches e-tendering opportunities

On 31 August 2007 the Learning and Skills Council launched an e-procurement round for all 2008/09 LSC funding. This includes mainstream 2008/9 funding as well as the initial funding opportunity made available through the ESF 2007-13 programme.

The first stage of the tendering process is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), which is followed by an Invitation to Tender (ITT). Organisations wishing to express their interest and respond to this PQQ need to register on an LSC eTendering portal, which sets out the registration and response process. The PQQ closes at noon on Friday 28th September. Organisations wishing to submit their responses after this deadline will not be able to gain access to the portal.
