Working with printing companies

There is currently no single company dedicated to producing EU materials. If you need to produce, for example, a billboard plaque or a leaflet, you can use a printing company which has been recommended to you, or find one from the telephone directory.

The company will need to know from you:

• Size of the artwork you need to be produced.
• Exact specifications of the ESF logo and the colours - read guidelines on using the ESF logo.
• Quantities - it is cheaper to produce in bigger quantities, as the costs of the materials are usually quite small, but the cost of setting up printing machinery is high. It might be worth working in partnership with another organisation to share costs.

Always check whether the quotation includes VAT.
