Way to work

The "Way to Work" project, funded by Derbyshire Learning and Skills Council under Measure 2.2, provides a comprehensive package of support designed to help very disadvantaged individuals to overcome barriers to their personal development and to assist their progression to further learning and employment. The project offers:

The project targets socially excluded groups with a particular focus on homeless people; drug and alcohol misusers; refugees and ex-offenders.

ESF Co-financing has provided £146,000 to support 200 severely disadvantaged individuals over two years on this project.
