Key target group: Disabled people with low/no skills

Project helps disabled clients into work through a six week programme of guidance and support in job seeking techniques. Activities include CV creation, letter writing, interview techniques and mock interviews, telephone techniques, basic computer skills etc. Beneficiaries work in small groups. Very flexible provision. Incentive scheme for attendance.

Outcomes: 70 beneficiaries to date with no early leavers. Of which 28 have moved into work (these figures are to Nov 2005 - the project will provide the latest figures). Some good personal stories - contact the project for details.
